Tetrofluoroethylene (TFE/P)

Excellent resistance to petroleum oils, steam, hydrogen sulfide and amine corrosion inhibitors, excellent heat and chemical resistance. TFE/P will provide long term service at a temperature of 200°C and progressively shorter term service up to a practical limit of 275°C. TFE/P has excellent physical and mechanical properties as well. Tensile strength exceeding 3,000 psi and compression set as low as 25%. Use in Coater/Developer, Resist Stripping, CMP, Cleaning.
