We have a wide range of elastomeric and hydraulic molded products for the immediate needs of various manufacturing industries which includes various Pneumatic and Hydraulic seals for Rod Piston Systems.

O-Ring seal kits are available in all compounds. Parts can be pre-packed according to part numbers, and then assembled for field replacement kits and label as require in specially designed boxes with clients name and part numbers.

All we need from you is the type of material require, chemical contact, operating pressure and temperature, dimensions (drawing or sample) and requirements FDA Approve, USP Class VI, Food Grade or Cleanroom Safe.

Acrylonitrile-Butadiene (NBR)

Nitrile rubber is generally resistant to Aliphatic Hydrocarbons, petroleum oils, mineral oils, vegetable oils and many acids. Good elongation properties as well as adequate resilience, tensile and compression set.


Ethylene Propylene Rubber (EPDM)

Excellent ozone & chemical resistance characteristics, used in steam applications as well. Available in FDA Grade. For use in high temperature water, steam and brake fluids. This elastomer must not come in contact with mineral oils or grease.


Fluorocarbon (FKM)

Fluorocarbon has excellent resistance to chemicals and solvents with good high temperature and low compression set. Used for a wide chemical exposure situation and low gas permeability at high vacuums. An excellent elastomer for use in high temperature applications.

Fluorosilicone (FVMQ)

Electrically conductive fluorosilicone is available for EMI Shielding Gaskets and ESD Protection. Nickel-graphite filled fluorosilicone and silver plated aluminum filled fluorosilicone compounds are available. Excellent high and low temperature properties, aircraft fuel systems.

Hydrogenated Nitrile Butadiene Rubber (HNBR)

HNBR is widely known for its physical strength and retention of properties after long-term exposure to heat, oil, and chemicals. Depending on filler selection and loading, HNBR compounds typically have high tensile strengths. Available in FDA Grade.

Polyethylene (PE)

Good impact resistance, light weight, very low moisture absorption, and high tensile strength. Provides good resistance to organic solvents, degreasing agents and electrolytic attack. They have a higher impact strength, but lower working temperatures and tensile strengths than polypropylene. They are light in weight, resistant to staining, and have low moisture absorption rates.

Polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE)

Most chemical resistance Thermoplastic available, low friction. Extremely low friction material which remains stable at both low and high temperatures. Excellent in applications with extreme temperature, extreme pressures and extreme chemicals. Available in Glass filled and Bronze filled and FDA Grades.

Polyoxymethylene (POM)

Excellent wear and low water absorption. A high strength engineering plastic suitable for bearings, bushings and guide bands. Physical properties achieved are almost like cold-rolled steel. Low moisture absorption. Excellent as a hydraulic component in water based fluids.


Polyurethane (PU)

Typically used in high pressure hydraulic systems, excellent high abrasion resistance and high tensile strength. Available in FDA Grade. This is a high performance material with improved resistance to hot water (up to 100°C) makes it ideally suited for mining applications where water based hydraulic fluids are used.

Silicone Rubber (SI, Q, VMQ)

Silicone has excellent resistance to temperature extremes, used typically for static applications. Generally not suited for dynamic applications due to poor tensile strength and abrasion resistance. Available in FDA Grade.

Tetrofluoroethylene (TFE/P)

Excellent resistance to petroleum oils, steam, hydrogen sulfide and amine corrosion inhibitors, excellent heat and chemical resistance.
