“NINJA” is a direct insertion type ultrasonic flow meter that can be installed to a pipeline using a maintenance valve
without stopping water flow. The flow meter can be easily installed and can measure micro flow velocity through its ultrahigh resolution measurement function.
The flow meter has functions of the integration of flow rate in positive and negative directions and the flow rate pulse output, which are impossible to deal with using an electromagnetic flow meter and can measure flow rate immediately without the need to install multiple measuring instruments.

The Caloriena is capable of measuring temperature. Therefore, it can also be utilized as a calorimeter. Energy consumption is a large issue in recent years. The Caloriena makes it easy to manage used energy or to organize energy conservation plans of even larger buildings.
MONITORING SYSTEMS IN VARIOUS FIELDS
Perhaps the most important characteristic of the Caloriena is how it attaches to pipelines without any holes or touching the fluid in question. This makes it the most sanitary, accurate and user-friendly ultrasonic flow meter on the market.
LEAKAGE DETECTION
Any leakage in a city’s water supply is a huge problem. Because of such leakages, huge amounts of funding are lost. However, it is extremely difficult to pinpoint the locations and details of a leakage.
Because the NINJA has an ultrahigh resolution and is also able to measure the smallest flow rates that canʼ t be detected by other flow meters, it is perfect for detecting these leakages. Specifically, you can use two NINJAs as a leakage-detecting unit. Furthermore, the NINJA can operate on battery power, so the flow meter can also be used as a portable detector. In fact, if a car battery (24 VDC) is installed, the NINJA can be used for a full week continuously.
SMART WATER GRID
The purpose of the Smart Water Grid is to efficiently monitor the supply and demands of water.
An ideal SWG will allow for the real-time monitoring of leakages. It should also be easy to find the specific details of such a leak. However, leakages can often result in only a micro-scale change in flow, making it difficult to find with a common flow meter. The NINJA, unlike the commonly used electromagnetic flow meter, is able to measure even these tiny differences in flow rate. This makes it a much more efficient candidate.
Moreover, A SWG often has parts in the pipeline that switch flow directions in the day and night or simply have sections of pipe where the flow direction is undetermined. An electromagnetic flow meter is unable to measure any flow in the negative direction, making it nearly impossible to operate a SWG efficiently. Conversely, the NINJA has the capability to measure flow rate in either direction.
The NINJA fits these important purposes of the SWG, making it the perfect product to efficiently manage water.

The Caloriena can be used in any monitoring systems in almost any industry. We show here an example of it being used in the food industry—to monitor the amount of product (such as milk), in a power station —to monitor the heat inside of important energy plants, or in a semi-conductor factory to measure ultra pure water. In food & harmaceutical industries, the role of the Caloriena is highly important since it is highly sanitary. Because the Caloriena externally monitored there are absolutely no worries of contamination.
The Caloriena is able to monitor the temperature of the fluid simultaneously, it is also ideal to maintain a low temperature in food products.When creating energy, many dangerous chemical reactions are needed. These reactions often create heat and result in safety issues. The Caloriena can measure both flow andtemperature of the reaction in question without exposing the environment and society to such dangerous chemicals.
Semi-conductor factories often need to measure and use ultra pure water, which is nearly impossible to do with an electromagnetic flow meter. However, it is not so difficult with theCaloriena, since it is capable of measuring ultra pure water. In addition to the above qualities of the Caloriena, it is also able to measure flow rate and temperature accurately even in a curved portion of a pipe. Since most industries need to have curved, short pipes, the Caloriena is ideal for various industries.

It is only suited for API BX flanges and grooves. SBX is similar to BX style gaskets with special vent holes to allow water to escape in subsea applications. The BX type RTJ gaskets in accordance with API 6A and are suitable for use in high pressure API 6BX flanges. This type of gasket forms a metal to metal seal on assembling and the efficiency improves as internal pressure increases. All BX sizes have a pressure relief hole to equalize pressure across sealing faces.
The BX type Ring Joint Gaskets are available in sizes from BX150 to BX303.

The Kanomax tracer gas diffuser is for use in performing the tracer gas test in accordance with ANSI/ASHRAE Standard 110-1995. The diffuser is made to the design and specifications of Standard drawing #110-83M. The diffuser is placed in the fume hood and sulfur hexafloride gas is injected at at supply pressure of 30 psig. The internal critical orifice ensures a flow rate of 4 liters per minute. Other orifice sizes can be inserted.
